Welcome, I’m Lucy

It’s lovely to meet you — I’m Lucy.

The Lucy Studio was born from years of agency experience and a clear gap in accessible, supportive digital services for small businesses and startups.

These days, I partner with brands around Australia to help them grow — whether that’s through custom websites, social media planning, ecommerce consulting, or branding.

What matters most to me is keeping things straightforward and supportive. I’m a huge advocate for small business and love turning great ideas into real momentum.

My Journey

2020 — Junior Account Manager at a creative branding agency in Adelaide, working with national and international clients, primarily on digital projects.


2021 — Moved to Queensland and became an Account Manager at Queenslands first Shopify Plus Partner Agency on the Gold Coast. Worked directly with multi-million dollar ecommerce brands, in the fashion, athleisure, swimwear, and food industries.


2022 — Alongside my agency role, I began modelling, working on feature films, and creating social media content for brands.


2023 — Started freelancing and contracting with agencies as a Digital Specialist. Included developing websites, creating digital strategies, managing organic social media, and designing EDMs. 


2024 — Launched The Lucy Studio as a full time business, working directly with small businesses and startups mainly across Queensland.


2025 — Doubling down on website design and social media management for businesses across Australia. The Lucy Studio became a finalist for the Women in Digital, Rising Star of the Year.

Philosophy

As soon as I finished school, I jumped straight into the fast paced agency world. Over time, I felt my creativity, and love of collaborating with people fade. I even told myself that I didn’t want to be client facing anymore (Obvs didn’t happen)

When I began The Lucy Studio, I knew I wanted to create a different environment. A space where the work felt meaningful, and relationships with clients were genuine and supportive. I never want to just provide a service and dip — I want to be part of your journey as a trusted partner you can lean on.

These days, I truly love what I do. I love the meeting days, where I get to learn about you and your business, just as much as the quiet ones designing at my desk with a podcast playing in the background.

Our partnership should feel easy, natural, and supportive. I’m committed to being transparent, open minded, and genuinely here to make your journey in business easier.
